Sustainable Water And Sanitation

Charitable Trusts

Charitable trusts play a vital role in funding the work of Village Water and we value the support we receive.

Any donation, large or small, restricted to a specific project or an unrestricted donation towards our core costs is most gratefully received.

Charitable trusts generous enough to support our work can expect to receive regular updates on the use of their donation.

Roger Goddard of Wilmslow Wells For Africa explains why the trust has donated to Village Water water, sanitation and hygiene education projects year on year since 2004:

We are very supportive of your work which delivers very good 'value for money' in terms of success rates and numbers helped.”

We are also happy to assist in arranging a trip to Zambia for those trustees wishing to see how their donation is making a real difference to the lives of people living in the rural communities of Zambia.

If you are a trustee or know of a trust that you think may be interested in supporting our work please get in touch with Ellie Smith on ellie@villagewater.org or 0845 190 2582. We will be able to provide full details of projects you may be able to help us with along with detailed budget breakdowns for you to consider. Copies of our annual reports and accounts for 2007 and 2008 can be found on the Charity Commission website.
